Romania's balance-of-payments current account posts deficit of 1,212-million euros
Publicat:In January - March 2019, the balance-of-payments current account posted a deficit of 1,212 million euros, compared with 1,027 million euros in January - March 2018, according to data released on Tuesday by the National Bank of Romania (BNR).
"The deficit on trade in goods widened by 895 million euros, the surplus on services income decreased by 112 million euros, the primary income balance recorded a surplus of 91 million euros compared with a deficit of 589 million euros, and the surplus of the secondary income balance increased by 142 million euros."
