Iohannis informs CCR about law transferring "Monitorul Oficial" under Deputies Chamber's authority
Publicat:President Klaus Iohannis sent the Constitutional Court, on Thursday, a referral of unconstitutionality concerning the Law for the amendment and completion of Law no. 202/1998 on the organisation of "Monitorul Oficial" (Official Journal) of Romania.
The law states that "Monitorul Oficial" will be transferred from under the authority of the Government, to that of the Chamber of Deputies.
