Hexi Pharma managing director Flori Dinu placed under house arrest
Publicat:The Bucharest Sector 5 Court turned down on Saturday the request of the General Prosecution Office to have managing director of drug maker Hexi Pharma placed under pre-trial detention, ordering her under house arrest instead, Agerpres reports.
The decision is not final, but Dinu will be released from police custody upon the expiry of the 24-hour arrest warrant issued for her on Friday.
The Criminal and Forensic Investigation Section of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice remanded Dinu Friday night on 99 counts of repeated deceptive activities…
