Court calls statutes of limitation on conflict of interest in new law deficient as legal technique
Publicat:The Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) has argued that amendments to the National Integrity Agency (ANI) law regarding a three-year statute of limitation on conflict of interest are deficient in terms of legislative technique.
